Citi Sports can report that the defender has still not recovered fully from the injury with barely a week for the match to be played.
Boye has been training alone at the French club together with other injured players such as Kevin Theophile (thigh) and Aelxander Tetteh, even as the whole team has been relocated to the town of Guichen.
All the players of the French side, with the exception of the few carrying injuries (including Boye) have not been involved in full scale training. Boye has been restricted to bicycle riding exercises as part of his recovery regime, but is expected to recover in time for the African Nations Cup qualifier against Malawi from next month.
Asamoah Gyan will also make his first appearance following his recent decision to return from 'psychological retirement.' New Juventus hotshot Richmond Boakye-Yiadom will also be called for his debut.
